- Design & hydraulic system: Robust structure and fixed column design. The 3 axis are fitted with separate drives each having full support of guided at all position and are perpendicular to each other. The longitudinal table drive is Hydraulic, rendered with separate modular power pack with solenoid valves & proximity switches.
- Y Axis Vertical Head Motion: The spindle housing is supported in the vertical column guide ways. This is heavy duty, box type and ribbed. The spindle housing is cartridge type and equipped with imported super precision angular contact bearings. It gives long trouble free life and sensitivity needed for extra ordinary finish.
- Z Axis Cross Motion: The cross feed is automatic with infinitely variable solid-state electronic circuit. The rapid job positioning is also possible. Screws are nitrided for long life and separated lubrication pump for lubrication. Rapid vertical wheel positioning through electrical motor is also provided.
